I realized this morning that Blackbaud changed the lowest range of the major giving capacity to $1 to $10,000 rather than the significantly more granular range we had before. This is absolutely useless for a smaller organization, especially those trying to use these ranges to segment annual giving and leadership annual giving prospects. I see no reason this can't be changed back or at least editable for users.
Plus, the Knowledgebase article still reflects the old system. (edit: the chat guy I spoke to just edited the article, so that may not be true by the time you see this.)

Blackbaud, please change this back. We are trying to make the most of our NXT for the ENTIRE organization and this change makes it HARDER for us.
