Hi. Please let users select Grateful Patient Solutions (GPS) and WPOT attributes when building a Research List.
Currently when I try to build a research list using criteria from the GPS attributes, it will not show me any information.
I contacted Blackbaud support and they said I would have to go to Analysis->Information Library->Add an ad-hoc query then create the query. I would then need to use the query when building a Research list to show the GPS information I would like.
If there is information of any type on ResearchPoint records, it would be helpful, time saving, and user friendly to be able to build a Research List on that criteria to be able to easily pull and export the information you need. Having to build an ad hoc query for every GPS search is very time consuming and frustrating in trying to use the ResearchPoint product and grateful patient solution.
