A paid service that BB offered was to allow organizations to create custom text, subject line, etc. for their opt-out message when running EmailFinder. This service has since been discontinued. It would be great if the existing canned message could be edited or this paid service reinstated. The current canned message looks like SPAM and isn't very inviting.
