The tool we've found most useful is Income360. By searching for a household's income derived from anonymized financial activity, Income360 has given us and volunteers comfort in asking for a gift of X because there is annual income of Y for the household. Income360's results are shockingly accurate (run it on yourself and your staff to test with your own data). I would love to see Income360 screenings added to ResearchPoint and available to run on a per-click basis like WealthPoint screenings. It really helps with first-generation professionals who do not own stock, real estate, or have previous philanthropic giving in NOZA.
With Target Analytics Affluence, we can return data such as Income, Net Worth, Discretionary Spending, and Investments. This is data modeled across the US population and appended directly onto the RP record automatically.
