At this point in time whenever you sync RE and RP, addresses and phone numbers are synced but emails are not. I'm sure there is a good reason why this wasn't done, please let me know! Thank you!
You are correct - we do not sync emails to the ResearchPoint email field however if you choose "Phones/Emails/Links" in the RE integration options on the View in ResearchPoint tab, we do pull over emails to the RP record on Biographical > Contact > RE phones/emails/links.
This information is sent when performing a wealth screening and it does update anytime you reload the ResearchPoint record - no syncing required.
