This was a hosting implementation but since hosting has no product I am adding it here.
There use to be an option to access ResearchPoint from Tools in Raiser's Edge.
Several clients are expressing the desire to have the link back due to the convenience of toggling.
Please consider re-establishing this link.

Anthony Pisano - that link is exactly what I want to use. Unfortunately it is disabled. I just spend 50 minutes on chat with Hosting Svcs and then Target Analytics to find this out. There's a lovely link that goes nowhere.
For the sake of my colleagues, who don't use ResearchPoint much, this like will be very helpful. I'd like to see it enabled. Thanks!
I agree with Nora that the link was much more convenient. It is rather frustrating to go to a link that is broken and not know the reason why it doesn't work anymore. We don't use ResearchPoint very often, we had no idea the link no longer existed. Maybe a message that says "JK! This link no longer exists" would be helpful.
The reason we used to have it under Tools in RE is because the way RP/RE Integration previously worked they had to be launched from the same machine and that was the way to launch the browser from the BB hosted environment. With Web Services, that is not required.
Also, when a record is linked/synced, you can open that record from the Prospect Tab in RE (screenshot below). Does that solve this?
