We are a healthcare organization, and we subscribe to Target Analytics' "Healthcare Bundle". The Medical Record Number (MRN) is a very important piece of data for us, but it essentially disappears completely when the screened patient records get imported into RP. The MRN is the lifeblood of being able to link our prospects in RP/RE back to the patient database (EPIC). The only place to put it in RP is in Attributes. But then when the record gets linked/synced to RE...we lose that information, and it has to be entered into RE manually. This is a HUGE headache and leaves a lot of room for error. When will Target Analytics introduce attributes into RE/RP field mapping?
In our release that went out over the weekend, we introduced Model Score Attributes into RE Integration (so anything on the Model Scores tab of a record). We are not currently looking into Constituent Attributes.
AGREED!
We are a children's camp. We utilize a "Camp String" in Attributes which will tell us all the years/camps/positions held/etc. for each constituent. It is more important than their RE ID number or almost anything else besides their name. Currently we have to add it in manually.
Hi Julie - thanks for your post. We have a field specifically designed for ID when using RE/RP integration. This is that the Constituent ID in RE becomes the Lookup ID in RP. Is there a reason that this MRN is not the Constituent ID in RE? Basing this on your comment above about it's importance, it seems like this should be the primary ID across all systems.
Thanks!
