I don't want to have to manually sync records or pull records into a research list just to sync. I want the system to do it for me.

Age is available as a column but not Date of Birth. As a healthcare organization, we use DOB regularly when looking into the patient electronic medical record system so it would be nice to have this visible within a Research List.
